Elevation Power Flow

Designed to elevate the quality of your life on and off the mat, this heated power vinyasa yoga class will help you achieve new levels of strength, flexibility and vitality. Our teachers bring varied daily intentions and physical focuses into a set asana sequence: Baptiste Yoga’s Journey Into Power Sequence. This sequence holistically stretches and strengthens every major muscle group and peaks with back bending - a great opener for the muscles typically tightened after a day of sitting at a desk or hitting the slopes. This class is open and accessible to all levels of practitioner.

Power Flow Jams

This is our signature Power Flow set to a soundtrack. You'll experience a creative, athletic, and balanced flow with space to take in the music. Power Flow Jams integrates yoga poses and philosophy with music to create a holistic experience. The playlist is curated to go with the peaks and valleys of the practice. This class is open and empowering to all levels of practitioners.

Slow Flow Jams

Slow down to connect more deeply in. In this class, you will find a slower paced vinyasa sequence to move and breath in as an access to strengthening your muscles, your inner listening and your ability to choose. With a slower pace, there’s more space for depth, breath or opportunities to build into flows or poses, all set to a slower-paced playlist. We hope you leave feeling more present, grounded and stronger, both mentally and physically.

Strength & Recovery

This non-music class honors and celebrates the mind-body connection to create both mental and physical strength. It is a challenging, restorative, and revitalizing experience for anyone looking to gain insight into functional movements, muscle actions, and yoga alignment. Since it’s an alignment-based practice that has a specific focus each class, you’ll move slowly and intentionally through a combination of flows and strengthening exercises to connect you and create curiosity about key muscles, movements, and actions used on and off the mat. Each class is rounded out with counter-stretches and restorative poses to leave you feeling balanced.

Total Recovery

Come quiet your mind and stretch your muscles in this low and slower-paced class. This class focuses on slower movements, longer stretches and deeper opening to allow for complete release and rejuvenation of your muscles. This class is the perfect complement to the busy-ness of life and a counter to the intensity of activities off you mat, providing deeper tissue stretches and access to increased mobility and flexibility. Give your body a break and join us in Total Recovery. You will leave feeling refreshed and restored in mind and body.

Vin Yin

Join us for a restorative practice that combines slow-flowing vinyasa with longer holds and stretches. You will have the space to land in your body through flowing slowly from pose to pose to start your practice, and then move into a yin yoga practice where you'll hold poses for longer to help stretch connective tissues.

This is an all-levels class with the room kept warm for comfort and not hot.

Yin

Settle into deep stillness and spacious ease. This slow, grounding practice uses long, gentle holds to release tension, open the body’s connective tissues, and create space in both mind and breath. Expect a calming, introspective experience that supports recovery, balance, and nervous system reset––perfect for easing into your Sunday or complementing your more active practices.

Out Here Yoga Scholarship Fund

Making the empowering tools of yoga accessible to all who want to participate.

The OHY Scholarship Fund removes the financial barrier that could prevent someone from being part of our yoga community and also allows us to uplift and support each other, whether by contributing to or being a beneficiary of the fund.

We would love to hear from you if you believe the OHY Scholarship Fund would support you. We will grant as many yoga scholarships as we possibly can in the form of yoga memberships and drop-ins. For each donation the Fund receives from a community member, Out Here Yoga will match that donation by providing double its value in yoga services.
