Let’s Get Physical is a series of two week yoga challenges designed to up-level your knowledge and execution of poses and key body movements. In this program, you will gain a deeper understanding of and access to pose alignment, muscle action and how your physical body works. Your power and possibility starts from your physical center out to the world. If you want to make a positive change and difference in your life the starting point is not thinking or planning, the answer is committing to the right physical action in your body. It’s through the physical, that you gain access to all the empowering possibilities in your body and in your life. It starts with moving your body in the way and direction you want to move.

Let’s Get Physical is based on the Three Source Principles of Baptiste Yoga – Physicalness, Empowerment, Possibility. In this program you will discover that all is possible through the body. From committing to the physical, you will grow in your practice and gain new knowledge and access to the pose. From the pose you will gain a deeper appreciation for how your body works and what it can truly do. Through physicality, you will be empowered to see all the possibilities on your mat and in your life. The time is now to ignite and grow your practice, AND to make the difference you want to make in your body, your life and the world.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
* Join us for one challenge, all four challenges or any combination in between!

Within each 2 Week Challenge:
-Practice 10 times
-Attend one or more post-practice inquiry meet-ups (these 30 minute sessions occur directly after class!)
