PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Join us for a brand new iteration of Out Here Yoga’s signature yoga challenge, 40 Days! 40 Days: Vigor will give you tools and accountability structures designed to optimize your mind, body and spirit. Through this optimization, you will reinvigorate your life - experiencing vitality and healthy growth in all aspects of it. In this program, we will combine yoga asana (the physical practice) with simple brain-strengthening practices to give you an on and off the mat experience of what’s possible through yoga. We’ve collaborated with Dr. Kristen Race to create weekly group meetings exploring the neuroscience behind five essential skills that have been linked to increased happiness, resilience, and performance. We will then integrate simple micro-practices into our yoga practice and our lives off the mat to further develop these skills. Over the course of the 40 day program you will develop tools and skills to enhance your life at home, at work, and in the studio! All while being in community and having fun!

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • Practice 4x/week or more at Out Here Yoga (in-studio or online)
  • Attend 1 group meeting 
  • Meditate 4x/week for 10 minutes or more

PROGRAM INVESTMENT
