This training is for you if any of the following apply:
- You want to lead effective presentations or impactful meetings in your work
- You are a yoga teacher interested in leading workshops, trainings, or programs
- You want to be able to provide a safe and supportive space for self-inquiry work
- You want to facilitate group coaching
- You have a dream of public speaking in some other way
You will be trained in the following skill sets:
- Your physical and energetic presence as facilitator
- Honing and owning your voice
- Sharing personal experiences authentically, vividly and dynamically
- Holding space for self-inquiry
- Impeccable logistics for group participation
- Listening for possibility
- Coaching through asking strategic questions
- Adapting your plan to meet a group where they are
- Managing the logistics and aesthetics of the environment
